Wednesday Evening - The Buddhist View

Every Wednesday 6.45 - 8.15 pm (after the 6 pm meditation)

Buddhist teachings can be a great help with all kinds of issues. The Buddhist view often casts new light on familiar situations that might trouble or perplex us.

Every Wednesday throughout the year, following the 6 pm. meditation session there is the opportunity to explore any questions you may have. Buddhism is about the realities of living so anything can be the subject of investigation - understanding Buddhist philosophy, understanding your emotional world, or any current challenges you may be facing. If you don't have any questions you are welcome to join and benefit from the questions and sharing of others.

Buddhism is an extremely practical philosophy. These evenings are designed to help solve real-world, modern-day problems, so that we may reduce our suffering, and benefit from a better experience of life.

You are also invited to join us from 6 - 6.40 pm for a silent meditation session (optional).

Everything is free (though any donations to support the centre are gratefully received should you feel inspired to give).

NB: There are no rituals, teachings are non-religious and people of all faiths are welcome.

ALSO: Every month there will be a talk on a specific subject. These talks will be announced separately.
